Sara Fattoretto starts singing as a child with her father who transmitted her the passion for music. She begins the study of the voice at 17 years old at the music school Theloniuos Monk based in Dolo (VE). She is passionate about jazz and improvisation and follows singing courses and master classes with nationally and internationally renowned jazz musicians. In 2005 she attended the Civic Courses of Jazz in Milan directed by Enrico Intra and Franco Cerri.
At the same time she carries out an intense concert activity in jazz, bossa nova and funk bands which allowed her to play in festivals and musical venues around Italy.
With the Mannachi band she released the EP "Gimme the groove" (2013).
She is the leader of the Italian jazz project Saya 5et which released the album "Ho un pinguino nella scarpa” (Indijazzti 2014) and was finalist at the Targa Tenco 2014. She collaborated with the theater company Amor Vacui for the show “Ho un penguino nella scarpa e due attori nel cappello" (2015).
“Limpida” (Maieutica Dischi 2021) is her first album that sees her as the author and interpreter of all the songs.
